SUGGESTED USES AND INGREDIENTS
Suggested uses:
· Use daily as a moisturiser and barrier protector to help firm and protect the top layer of skin and promote elasticity. It is an excellent choice for nail/cuticle treatments and eye/neck areas.
· Use after sun, wind and environmental induced damage to relieve, soothe and rehydrate damaged skin.
· Use regularly on persistent dry areas, redness and scars.
· Use as a scalp conditioning treatment.
· Apply to cotton wool and rub to remove make-up or cleanse the skin.
· Use liberally as a massage oil. Massage is well known for stress & pain reduction, increased relaxation, reducing muscle soreness & tension and improved circulation, energy and alertness.

How best to use our oils depend on the hemp laws of your residing country. In countries like the UK and USA where hemp oil is allowed for internal use, many people will use the extract orally for its systemic benefits. However, in counties like Australia, hemp extract oil is not intended for internal use, but instead can be used topically (for example, rubbed into the skin).
